Holy Trinity’s Learning by Heart program helps students to hide God’s Word in their hearts and equips them as they walk through the ups and downs of this life. Memorizing Scripture strengthens students’ faith, shapes their character, and provides a lasting foundation of faith. God teaches us to “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly…” (Colossians 3:16)
Quick Tips:
- Review the memory verses at a meal and then pray together.
- Post the memory verses in the bathroom and encourage students to study while brushing their teeth.
- Sing the verses, and add actions or funny voice inflections.
- Practice the memory verses the car on the way to school.
